South Sudan has been battling humanitarian crisis on the backdrop of civil war that led many people to leave the country amid killing of thousands of people.
Several countries including India is evacuating their citizens from South Sudan following days of fighting that have seen hundreds of people killed. It follows a revival in the conflict between troops loyal to President Salva Kiir and Vice-President Riek Machar.
Thousands of Christians have been brutally killed by the armed men, some of them are burnt alive and their children were left to die in suffocation. They armed people were targeting churches as thousands of Christians were taking their shelter in churches as they were afraid of being killed.
Even children and the disabled were not exempted from the violence, which also included widespread occurrences of rape.
